BOOKING Policies

 

By making a booking or visiting our venue, you agree to the below stated terms and conditions. Guests agree that all information given for the booking is true and correct. Bookings may be rejected by Mulwala Resort at any time if this information fails to meet these terms and conditions. Thank you and enjoy your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our Standard Cancellation Policy is 7 days in advance by 4pm prior to the date of arrival. Mulwala Resort is otherwise entitled to keep a minimum of 50% of entire accommodation booking - depending on the length of stay. Over peak periods that include a public holiday such as the Melbourne Cup Weekend, 26th December to 26th January, the Victorian Labour day weekend in March, the Easter holiday period, the Queens birthday weekend in June and all school holidays; our cancellation policy changes to 14 days in advance by 4pm prior to the date of arrival. Mulwala Resort is otherwise entitled to keep a minimum of 1 night's accommodation and up to a maximum of your full length stay - depending on the length of stay.

CHECK-IN:

Guest check in is after 1pm.
Guest must be at least 18 years of age to book and check in to the accommodation. Room payment is required prior to or at time of check in.
Mulwala Resort reserves the right to debit the credit card on file for any damage to the resort property and for any unpaid outstanding amounts owing.

CHECK OUT:

Our guests are required to vacate their rooms by 10.00am. Please remember to return your key to Reception. Guests leaving before 8.00am please settle your account the previous evening.
If you require a late check out please come and see us and we will see what can be arranged.

FACILITIES:

Salt Water Pool

The pool and the pool amenities are here for you to enjoy and relax. Please use the pool area between 9.00am to 9.00pm. If you are enjoying an early morning swim please keep noise levels to a minimum as other guests may still be sleeping. For the safety of your precious little ones, children under the age of 12 are to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We ask that you please do not use the white room towels for the pool area. If you do not have a pool towel please come and see us at reception and we will provide you with a pool towel. For safety reason for all of the guests please NO glass products are to be taken into the pool area, if you would like to have a drink by the pool while you are relaxing, please come and see us in reception.

BBQ Facilities

Our BBQ is located behind the pool. If you would like some cooking utensils, extra crockery or condiments, our BBQ box is located next to the BBA.

CAR PARKING

We have complimentary parking in front of your rooms and plenty of rooms for boats, trailers, jetskis.

LIABILITY

Mulwala Resort is not liable for loss of or damage to, the property of a lodger. This also includes luggage storage and motor vehicles and property owned by the guest left in or on motor vehicles.

NO SHOW

One nights accommodation fee will be charged. If guests have booked online through third party websites, the same charges apply as above.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE

Payments made by using a credit card attracts a bank fee recovery surcharge averaged out to be 4% on Visa / MasterCard

INTERNET / WIFI

We offer high speed fibre connection, complimentary and unlimited Wi-Fi in each of our rooms.

LATE CHECK INS AFTER 8PM

Please arrange with our resort Reception if you will be checking in late. Our Reception operating timings are between 8am – 8pm. We will therefore need to take pre-payment and provide you with our late check-in details.
